You’re more than welcome to come to one or all of the practices. If you don’t have equipment, please do not worry. We will provide basic equipment and a lacrosse stick at practice for your son to tryout the sport, but please register so we can plan accordingly.

We're excited to kick off Youth Boys (Kinder - 8th) Fall lacrosse registration. The youth boys will get started on August 21 and run through October 24. We plan to play several games against area teams as well as participate in the Turlaxin (McKinney, Oct 16 & 17) and Pink Out (Frisco, Oct 23 & 24) tournaments. More details to come.
Monday's at Rucker Elementary, AKA Eagles (the grass field behind the school)
Pee Wee Lax (Kinder and 1st) - 4:30 to 5:15 p.m. [Note, just like the Spring, this will be an intro to lacrosse, skills based practices only, no pads, just sticks, which we will provide for all those that register by August 1]
2nd/3rd/4th - 5:15 to 6:30 p.m.
5th/6th - 6:15 to 7:30 p.m.
Saturday's at Frontier Turf
7th/8th - 4 to 6 p.m. We are changing this up to avoid middle school sports conflicts and the amount of hours these kids are practicing and playing games on the weekdays. We will have a combination of practices and games for this age level during this timeslot.
Sunday's at Frontier Turf
2nd-8th - 6 to 8 p.m. Open play, pickup games, short fields, divide up players based on skill and age groups. Idea is for lot of touches and game awareness. This is for kids wearing full pads.
We also HIGHLY encourage each player to practice at least one hour on the wall each week. Being proficient on passing and catching will not happen at the team practice alone.
We appreciate each and every one of you. Thank you for all for making Prosper Lacrosse continue to grow!
